Our organisation

We support people who are at risk of, or are currently receiving, compulsory mental health treatment with free and confidential information and advocacy.

We support people who are receiving, or at risk of receiving, compulsory mental health treatment. Compulsory mental health treatment means you will be given treatment even if you don’t want it. Learn more about the treatment criteria.

We can support you with information and advocacy to make decisions and have as much say as possible about your assessment, treatment and recovery.

Our advocates are on your side.

Our services

The services we provide:

  • are independent, free and confidential
  • appoint advocates in Bendigo, Broadmeadows, Dandenong, Frankston, Geelong, Melbourne, Ringwood, and Shepparton but support people across the whole of Victoria
  • are essential in ensuring the delivery of the reforms and goals of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022.
